4.  Delivery

4.1 If Qualiway International Industry Company Limited is unable to deliver the customer’s ordered goods, Qualiway International Industry Company Limited is entitled to rescind the customer’s order or purchase agreement. In this case, the customer will be notified that the ordered goods are unavailable and get a refund of any payments made on the ordered goods. No further claims shall be brought or maintained against Qualiway International Industry Company Limited upon refund of such payments.
